5 lakh cover on annual premium of Rs 499, PhonePe launches insurance policy.

 Now the lockdown is being phased out due to the corona virus, in such a situation even the domestic tour has been started once again by the people.

 In such a scenario, digital   company FonPay has teamed up with ICICI Lombard to launch a new insurance plan. This insurance is for domestic travel only.

 The premium for this scheme is only Rs 499 per annum. Instead of this premium, they will get a cover of five lakh rupees. This insurance plan is only available for PhonePe users. People will get these benefits of this insurance plan.

There will be no separate insurance for each trip and it can be used for traveling other than business travel.


 You will get this insurance plan for 365 days of the year for only Rs. 499.

 Air travelers will also have the facility to cancel a trip to the hospital.  On the other hand, if the trip is canceled due to lockdown, one thousand rupees will be given separately.

 During the journey, due to hospitalization or death due to an accident, you will get Rs 5 lakh.

 Phone Pe users can purchase an insurance policy by going directly to the My Money section of the application.

 It will take less than two minutes to purchase the policy and they will be given the policy documents on application.

 With this, the insurance policy cover will start after booking the cab.
