National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited is a corporation set up by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India with the objective of expediting / widening the construction of National Highways in the North Eastern region as well as working in the area connecting international borders with neighboring countries.



Applications are invited from enthusiastic, effective and experienced retired officers who have retired from Central Government Ministries / Departments, Army, Navy, Air Force, B.R.O. (GREF), Autonomous Institutions, Public Sector Enterprises, State Government Departments and State Government Owned Public Enterprises. , They are to be appointed on contract basis as per the following conditions.

Note :1 Officers who are presently working in Central Government Ministries / Departments Army, Navy, Air Force, Autonomous Institutions, Public Sector Enterprises, State Government Departments and State Government Owned Enterprises and fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria can also apply for the post in the prescribed form on deputation basis. With which ACRs / PARs of last five years, No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Vigilance Clearance (VC) have to be sent. Anyone applying for deputation standard appointment can be parallel to retirement. They can join NHIDCL on contract basis and work with the approval of both the parties. Contract employees will then be able to work on a contract basis as per the terms and conditions applicable.
