Eligibility Criteria for Associate VP, Manager & other posts

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess CA/ CFA/ ICWA for AVP (Credit, Inspection/ Audit, Recovery, Credit Monitoring & Vigilance).
Candidates should be Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field for the posts of AVP (Human resources, Investment/ Treasury)/ Manager/ Personnel officer.
Applicants should hold MBA in relevant field for AVP (Planning)/ Risk officer posts.
Candidates should complete Professional degree in Law for Law officer posts.

Age Limit as on 31.12.2021
Age should be minimum 38 years & maximum 48 years for Associate vice President posts.
For Manager posts age should be min 30 years- max 40 years.
For Law officer/ Risk Officer/ Personnel officer age between 25 – 32 years.
