PSPCL Recruitment 2022: Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has invited applications from young & dynamic candidates for 1690 posts for Assistant Lineman in various categories. The minimum salary will be Rs. 199001 as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix during probation. The age limit as on 1/1/2022 for eligibility for these posts shall be 18 to 37 years.




The online registration and fees deposit will start on 31.07.2022 and the last date to fill out the online registration form is 29.08.2022. The other details about the screening online exam will be provided on the official website (www.pspcl.in) in due time including the syllabus, date of examination etc.

Pay Scale: The minimum pay will be Rs.199001. This will be applied during the probation period mentioned in the offer of appointment or extended probation period whichever is more




Age limit: The age limit as on 1/1/2022 for eligibility for these posts shall be 18 to 37 years.




Eligibility:




Matriculation or equivalent and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade. The candidates who possess higher education i.e., a Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be considered only if they have minimum qualifications i.e., National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade. Candidate(s) should have a National Apprenticeship certificate in lineman trade on the commencement of the first day of the first document checking schedule.

The candidates must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level up to the last date of submission of the online application.

Selection Process:




The selection will be based on the Online examination conducted by the corporation consisting of 100 multiple choice objective-type questions with one mark for each correct answer with no negative marking.




The tentative syllabus for the online written examination will be uploaded on the website, so candidates are advised to keep checking the website.




Note: The online test is tentatively scheduled to be held at any Centre in Punjab which will be intimated through admit cards through the PSPCL website (www.pspcl.in).
